The underwater effect is perfect for this image fill.
I think I must have my monitor set darker than normal, because I couldn't see the skull image very well without lightening it. I duplicated the image, set the duplicate layer to Screen, and then merged the layers together. I used the same stroke value, but I changed the font size to 125. I reduced the spacing between the letters by setting the kerning to -50. I messed up the Effect Length in AS; instead of using 1.8 I used 2.1, so my animation has 18 frames. For the save settings I used Optimized Octree and Nearest Color.
