También resalta como patrono de la elocuencia y se le cree inventor de la escritura.
Inventó la astronomía, las matemáticas y los pesos y medidas , por lo que se le consideró dios de los comerciantes.
No todas sus advocaciones eran positivas , pues no solo protegía los abusos de los comerciantes, sino que era dios de los ladrones, y ladrón el mismo por vocación irresistible, de la que no se libraban ni los propios dioses. Así por ejemplo le robó a Poseidón el tridente.
Era además de mensajero de los dioses , "dios de los caminos".
Hermes llegó a ser el dios tutelar de la juventud y de la salud y fortaleza física, el intermediario entre hombres y dioses y el protector de la fecundidad.
Sus principales atributos son las alas en los pies, el caduceo de heraldo (especie de vara con dos alas extendidas en su parte superior y rodeada de dos serpientes) y la bolsa.
Hermes es un dios griego que en el mundo romano recibiría el nombre de Mercurio.

Jacob’s ladder appears in the ‘Tracing Board’ and is reaching into the Heavens. Jacob was the grandson of Abraham and Sarah, the son of Isaac and Rebecca. Jacob's 12 sons were the ancestors of the 12 tribes of Israel. The 12 tribes of Israel is a reference to the twelve houses of the Zodiac, just like the 12 apostles of Jesus are. That’s why Leonardo Da Vinci portrayed the apostles in 4 groups of three in his painting of the Last Supper separating the zodiac into four seasons.

During summertime the Milky Way stands erect on the horizon and forms a ‘Stairway to Heaven’ or Jacob’s ladder. The idea of representing the Milky Way as a stairway or ladder leading to Heaven was a very common theme in ancient times. This idea was expressed as a rope, a tree (World Tree) or a ladder leading into the skies. The Maya called the Milky Way the Wakah Chan during summer sunrise ‘the raised up sky’ and it was represented as the World Tree.
On the website the Scottish Rite freemasons speak about the ‘The Volume of the Sacred Law’ appearing on the table with the circle and dot (Sun) supporting Jacob’s ladder. The Volume of the Sacred Law is a reference to the religious book, the Holy Bible containing the Masonic square and compasses.
This statement I believe states that the Sun (circle and dot) is supporting the Milky Way (Jacob’s ladder) and that this knowledge is contained in ‘The Volume of the Sacred Law’, the Bible which rests between the Sun (circle and dot) and the Milky Way (Jacob’s ladder). In other words they are speaking of the importance of the Sun on the Milky Way (Galactic Alignment), information that is contained in the bible...

Saturn’s North Pole (Cassini-Huygens, 2007 and 2008)
In November 1980, planetary scientists eagerly examined transmissions received from the Voyager 1 spacecraft as it sped past Saturn. And with good reason! Amid those transmissions was the first image of Saturn’s North Pole – a region that’s virtually impossible to see from Earth, and, depending on the degree by which Saturn is tilted, can be cloaked in darkness for up to 15 years at a time (and you thought your last winter was never going to end).
What those scientists saw, and later missions confirmed, was a decidedly bizarre feature in the gas giant’s atmosphere directly above the North Pole: a 15,000-mile-wide hexagon.
At this point, before we lose all but Weird Thing’s distinguished geometry geek readership (you know who you are, you magnificent bastards), it’s worth pointing out that hexagons naturally occur all over the place: basalt columns; beehive honeycombs; snowflakes; and even molecules offer some examples. Unfortunately the processes responsible for these formations by no means explain the feature on Saturn. In fact, the planet’s thick atmosphere is one of the last places experts were prepared to find such a geometric oddity – even its South Pole has a reassuringly circular, terrifyingly enormous hurricane churning up the clouds.

So why is it there? Besides dropping Jodie Foster – or, ideally, Matthew McConaughey – into the middle of the 60-mile-deep hexagon and seeing where she goes, a slightly less exciting experiment conducted by the Niels Bohr Institute in Denmark provided some intriguing results. And by slightly less exciting, we mean they stirred a bucket of water. What they found was that at certain speeds the water flow would interact with the edges of the cylindrical container to create rotating polygons with up to 6 corners.
As you may have already guessed, the experiment has a long way to go before it explains Saturn’s hexagon. For one thing, a colossal bucket isn’t sitting at the North Pole to provide distinct boundaries for the planet’s many complex layers of clouds to interact. Scientists have yet to figure out precisely how Saturn is creating a similar result with its multifaceted toolkit of jet streams and waves. Perhaps a more relevant explanation may be found in satellite observations of Hurricane Isabel (PDF) from 2003, wherein the storm’s eyewall alternated between pentagonal and hexagonal formations through unique combinations of smaller rotational features called mesovortices; showing us that even home grown storms can test and inevitably improve our equations of motion.

We’ll probably have plenty of time to figure out Saturn’s hexagon though. One of the most profound mysteries surrounding the formation (second only to its existence in the first place) is that it has stuck around as a stable feature in the 29 years or so since Voyager first observed it. As Saturn is currently in the unhurried process of tilting its North Pole towards the sun, scientists can soon point the Cassini-Huygens spacecraft’s superior optical instruments at the newly illuminated region to assist the relentless effort to discover answers (or more questions). Until then, we hope you’ll join us in simply appreciating this hexagon as one of the many weird things that makes our universe even more fascinating.

Metatron's Cube
Pennsylvania Avenue is not a straight line due to the location of the Capitol Building. The avenue is composed of three segments; 1 runs from Georgetown, in the northwest, to the White House, 2 from there to the CB, and 3 from there to the river. If we extend the first segment past the WH, it falls in the same place as the end of segement 3 at the river.
If the CB had been positioned to the south a little bit, the avenue would have been straight from the river in the southeast to Georgetown in the northwest.
Note that, at the location of the White House, Penn and NY Avenues form two sides of the pentagram there, and that their crossing forms 47 degree angles. On the west side of the Capitol, Maryland and Pennsylvania (both in purple) form a 39 dgeree angle, while on the east side they form a 50 degree angle. In both cases, Maryland was drawn symmetrical to whatever the angle of Penn Ave was there.
Moving the CB south would straighten Penn Ave, and if we redraw Maryland symmetrical to that, it would cause the crossing of those two to be identical to the crossing of PA and NYA, a 47 degree angle. This would move the position of Capitol Street and Lincoln Square, but could be done without altering the angles formed by the other set of streets crossing at the CB.
Looking at this topographical map you can see the reason for moving the Capitol; the spot it needed to be in was on the side of a steep hill.
Returning to the elements in Metatron's Cube in relationship to the map, the first figure we see is the pentagram (red), with New Hampshire Ave (yellow) connecting the dots on the west side of that. Note that this line runs to the location of the Arlington House, in the southwest, across the Potomac River. Note also that a straight line connects the AH with the Lincoln Memorial and the center of the ellipse south of the WH.
Another side of the triangle (yellow) is provided by a line that connects two more of the corners on the east side of the pentagon. This line intersects New Hampshire Ave where it crosses 16th Street (the top point of the yellow triangle), and runs southwest of the Capitol. Note that it does not intersect with the CB because that was moved to the north, as shown above. Had the Capitol been located a little bit to the south, this (yellow) line would have passed through the dome of that structure.
Penn Ave and New York Ave form two of the other sides of the pentagon. Extending these provides the diagonals for the larger rectangle of the cube figure, with one corner at the CB and another in Georgetown. Notice that the top line of this rectangle passes through Scott Cirlce on 16th Street, north of the WH.
The smaller rectangle is formed by connecting Washington Circle with Mt Vernon Square (two corners of the pentagon), and dropping horizontal lines from both of those points. Adding a few more lines (blue) completes the hexagon in the map.
Note below that when PA is straightened, and we drop a horizontal line from Mt Vernon Square, it intersects the new Penn Ave line at the National Archives Building.
Another set of (yellow) lines from the top corners of the large rectangle through two corners of the hexagon (or small rectangle) determines the new position for the Jefferson Memorial, based on straightening PA.
This image overlays the shortened version of Metatron's Cube, composed of thirteen ellipses, onto the DC map. At the center we see the White House. Directly above that, at the top point of the hexagon, we see Scott Circle, located at the center of an ellipse. On the right side of the hexagon, we see Mt Vernon Square and the National Archives Building, also at the centers of their respective ellipses. Washington Circle, on the left hand side of the hexagon, occupies the center of an ellipse. The other two corners of the hexagon are occupied by the Navy Medical and Surgical Center and the Washington Monument, both of which are offset from the centers of their ellipses.
Both the Jefferson Memorial and the Capitol Building are locate north of the centers of their ellipses due to the "dog leg" in Pennsylvania Avenue. The corner of the rectangle opposite to the CB is centered in Georgetown. The Scottish Rites House of the Temple (circled in yellow at the top) lies south of the center of the ellipse there, so that a horizontal line there truncates the triangle (pyramid) image. I have yet to discover any kind of monument that coincides with the other two corners of the larger rectangle.

No se que entiendo la relacion 4/3, con que arco ? con que fin dicha relacion ?
La relacion de la vesica piscis es 256/153, lo mismo el rombo que esta comprendido en ella.
Aunque esta todo conectado, vamos a no mezclar la actividad gaseosa en el centro de la galaxia con el movimiento del hipercubo sobre su eje en espiral que es lo que en definitiva forma la vesica piscis en la forma del Toro geometrico de la galaxia, no el Universo.

Ramón significa: "protegido por la divinidad" (Ra=divinidad. Mon=protegido)
Fiesta: 31 de agostoSe carece de documentación fidedigna sobre los detalles de la vida San Ramón. He aquí lo que hemos podido recoger de la narración de Alban Butler y otras fuentes.
San Ramón nació de familia noble en Portell, cerca de Barcelona, España en el año 1200. Recibió el sobrenombre de non natus (no nacido), porque su madre murió en el parto antes de que el niño viese la luz. Con el permiso de su padre, el santo ingresó en la orden de los Mercedarios, que acababa de fundarse. San Pedro Nolasco, el fundador, recibió la profesión de Ramón en Barcelona.
Progresó tan rápidamente en virtud que, dos o tres años después de profesar, sucedió a San Pedro Nolasco en el cargo de "redentor o rescatador de cautivos". Enviado al norte de Africa con una suma considerable de dinero, Ramón rescató en Argel a numerosos esclavos. Cuando se le acabó el dinero, se ofreció como rehén por la libertad de ciertos prisioneros cuya situación era desesperada y cuya fe se hallaba en grave peligro. Pero el sacrificio de San Ramón no hizo más que exasperar a los infieles, quienes le trataron con terrible crueldad. Sin embargo, el magistrado principal, temiendo que si el santo moría no se pudiese obtener la suma estipulada por la libertad de los prisioneros a los que representaba, dio orden de que se le tratase más humanamente. Con ello, el santo pudo salir a la calle, lo que aprovechó para confortar y alentar a los cristianos y hasta llegó a convertir y bautizar a algunos mahometanos. Al saberlo, el gobernador le condenó a morir empalado, pero quienes estaban interesados en cobrar la suma del rescate consiguieron que se le conmutase la pena de muerte por la de flagelación. San Ramón no perdió por ello el valor, sino que prosiguió la tarea de auxiliar a cuantos se hallaban en peligro, sin dejar escapar la menor ocasión de ayudarlos.
San Ramón encaró dos grandes dificultades. No tenía ya un solo centavo para rescatar cautivos y predicar el cristianismo a los musulmanes equivalía a la pena de muerte. Pero nada lo detuvo ante el llamado del Señor. Conciente del martirio inminente, volvió a instruir y exhortar tanto a los cristianos como a los infieles. El gobernador, enfurecido ante tal audacia, ordenó que se azotase al santo en todas las esquinas de la ciudad y que se le perforasen los labios con un hierro candente. Mandó ponerle en la boca un candado, cuya llave guardaba él mismo y sólo la daba al carcelero a la hora de las comidas. En esa angustiosa situación pasó San Ramón ocho meses, hasta que San Pedro Nolasco pudo finalmente enviar algunos miembros de su orden a rescatarle. San Ramón hubiese querido quedarse para asistir a los esclavos en Africa, sin embargo, obedeció la orden de su superior y pidió a Dios que aceptase sus lágrimas, ya que no le había considerado digno de derramar su sangre por las almas de sus prójimos.
A su vuelta a España, en 1239, fue nombrado cardenal por Gregorio IX, pero permaneció tan indiferente a ese honor que no había buscado, que no cambió ni sus vestidos, ni su pobre celda del convento de Barcelona, ni su manera de vivir. El Papa le llamó más tarde a Roma. San Ramón obedeció, pero emprendió el viaje como el religioso más humilde. Dios dispuso que sólo llegase hasta Cardona, a unos diez kilómetros de Barcelona, donde le sorprendió una violenta fiebre que le llevó a la tumba. El santo tenía aproximadamente treinta y seis años cuando murió el 31 de agosto de 1240. Cardona pronto se transformó en meta de peregrinaciones. Fue sepultado en la capilla de San Nicolas de Portell.
El Papa Alejandro VII lo incluyó en el Martirologio Romano en 1657.
San Ramón Nonato es el patrono de las parturientas y las parteras debido a las circunstancias de su nacimiento.
La comisión nombrada por el Papa Benedicto XIV propuso suprimir del calendario general la fiesta de San Ramón por la dificultad de encontrar documentos fidedignos sobre su vida.

La Espiga de Trigo
 La constelación zodiacal de Virgo es una de las figuras formada por estrellas más grande del cielo. Desde el hemisferio sur la vemos al anochecer finalizando el Otoño y a comienzos del Invierno. Está ubicada entre los signos zodiacales de Leo y Libra y representó para los griegos a Astrea, divinidad relacionada con la justicia, aunque a veces se le asocia con Deméter, la diosa de las cosechas. Ese es el motivo del porqué su estrella principal se llame Spica, nombre latino que significa : "La Espiga de Trigo", ya que, Virgo aparece en el cielo sosteniendo un puñado de espigas de trigo entre sus manos. Para el astrónomo contemporáneo, Spica es una estrella azul de tipo espectral B1 que tiene una temperatura superficial de 22400 K. Se sitúa a 263 años luz de nosotros, su magnitud absoluta es de -2,43 y su brillo aparente es de +0,98. En tamaño es unas 8 veces más grande que el Sol, su masa unas 11 veces la de nuestra estrella y su brillo intrínseco es equivalente al emitido por 2100 estrellas idénticas al Sol. Hoy se conjetura que Spica podría ser un sistema triple de estrellas y no doble. La más conocida de las estrellas de Virgo, se aleja de nosotros a una velocidad de 1 kilómetro por segundo, y su densidad podría ser 1000 veces la del acero. mundoslejanos@gmail.com
