This old school tutorial was quite easy to do. The only plugin filter used is Eye Candy 4000 Gradient Glow. If you don't have EC4000, then you can create a similar effect using built-in PSP plugins. If you need help with that, then just let me know and I can walk you through the steps.
The fonts I used are International Palms for my name and Verdana (size 9, bold, anti-alias unchecked) for the word art.
