I'll be playing with this one again soon and maybe try a silver outline instead of gold, maybe something wintery.  Thanks for showing your results , I enjoyed seeing them .

Well, I am officially obsessed with this tut and these glitter drops.  I am working on a New Years Eve tag and thanks to timber's inspiration I made a gold-silver glitter drop ani.  While practicing I made this tag using the font Zyborgs.

 

 

I love the gold and silver on the blck but, I am going to use a different font.

Here is a lil gift for timber using her Pique Glitter tut and the gold-silver drops fill.  The font used for the 2020 is called Zyborgs.

 

OMG ... Judy, that's gorgeous!   What a great idea to use the drops for the year, I love it!  Look at you making scrap kit tags LOL.

  I think somehow i missed something as my gold does not look right...   any idea what I did wrong

Daphne, in step #13 you are to create a selection of the vector text before inverting the selection to delete the excess drops on the drops layers.  It looks to me like you missed this step.  Compare the selections on these two images.

Do you see the difference in the selection?

On your finished tags I am seeing the drops outside the black text and on top of the gold.

On your name tag I am seeing a mistake in the animation, so I took it into Animation Shop to take a look.  The drops animation is supposed to change in the black area of the text from frame to frame, but your black text is mostly the same from frame to frame.

You may want to go through the steps again, and then let me know at what step in the tutorial your results differ from mine and then I can pinpoint where the problem is.

I hope to have some time today to redo them again as I am determined to finsh them correctly... beautiful tuts

Tinber ... just another question.... can we make the layered PSP file larger or will it not work that way  ????
