Old school tutorials were the norm when I learned PSP but are sort of a dying art as it seems that scrap kit tags have taken over. From what I've seen of scrap kit tag tutorials most of what you do is resize and place an element (although I'm sure there are exceptions). With old school tutorials you'll use more of your PSP tools (like Brush and Preset Shape) and so many more plugin filters. Many thanks to these tutorial writers for teaching us ways to use our tools and filters!
